Ballots must be postmarked by Election Day—November 4
—and it’s never been more vital to make your voice heard.

Washington’s all-mail voting system makes it easy to participate, but timing is everything. With over 2,900 races and 158 ballot measures on the line—from school boards to city councils to critical propositions—your vote helps shape the future of your community. In a time when local decisions impact everything from emergency services to education access, every ballot counts. So seal it, sign it, and send it—because democracy doesn’t work without you!
Ballots have pre-paid postage and are returned through the mail or at ballot drop boxes. If mailed, ballots must be postmarked by election day, so consider mailing early as all mail in Eastern Washington is sent to Spokane to be postmarked. All ballot drop boxes are open until 8 p.m. on election day.
